110 S. San Francisco Street

This project consists of the demolition and preservation of an 80-year-old multi-story building. The existing structure was built on a stone foundation with some areas bearing on old railroad ties and stone walls with some upwards of 20 inches thick. The exterior storefront wood finishes were hand carved at a local facility to maintain the historic design of the building. The new construction entails site and exterior improvements and converting the space into a Thai restaurant and second-floor apartment.
