Complete demolition and re-build of an existing bar that was originally built to be a laundromat in the early 1900s. Since that time, the space has been used as an all-ages club, a bar/music venue as well other uses. Rumor has it the facility was also once used as a horse livery! The project transformation included complete demolition of existing elements, installation of a completely new kitchen, 18’ rear window wall, new entry doors, new bathrooms and other user elements. The eclectic finish design is reflective of the owner’s desire for a unique, non-pretentious and relaxed environment.
