The exterior of CCS's new headquarter office building in Mesa, Arizona is complete! The custom design, and eye-catching details, and strategic use of brand colors in the architectural plan boosts brand identity. It is designed to accommodate a wide variety of corporate functions, from executive offices and boardrooms to open-plan workspaces and private meeting rooms. Inside, the building is equipped with modern telecommunications infrastructure and has access to a variety of amenities, such as a cafe, fitness center, and gaming center.
The building is an impressive statement of corporate pride and will serve as their headquarters for years to come.
Commitment to the future
New Build-to-Suit headquarters for CCS Presentation Systems located in the Mesa Riverview Shopping Center complex, Mesa, Arizona. The project includes a two- story, 36,000 sf office building consisting of storage/fabrication areas, sales, service, training, and a spacious outdoor courtyard. Building design features integral colored and painted decorative load bearing CMU walls, EIFS panel accents, steel window surrounds, steel trellises on main façade representing sound waves, and metal panel systems integrated with building mechanical screens.

Project Milestone
BEAM SIGNING CEREMONY
A steel beam weighing more than 9,000 pounds was the focus of a “beam signing” ceremony to celebrate the construction progress of CCS Presentation Systems' new 36,000 square-foot company headquarters building in Mesa, scheduled to be completed in January 2023.
The ceremony was attended by members of CCS, including company founders John and Beth Godbout, Wespac Construction, Butler Design Group, SmithGroup, Threaded Studio, Byxbee Development, and Goodmans Interior Structures!
