Maricopa Water District HQ
We are proud to announce the completion of the Maricopa Water District HQ! The MWD, formally organized in 1925, serves as a political subdivision and irrigation and water conservation district under Arizona state statutes. By 1927, MWD had established itself as the only privately financed reclamation project of its kind, providing essential water and power services to an expansive area of approximately 60 square miles. Additionally, MWD operates Pleasant Harbor RV Resort & Marina at Lake Pleasant, further supporting local recreational activities.
The construction of this state-of-the-art shell office building is a testament to our experience with design-build structures.
