This project marks a significant milestone for the beloved coffee company and the vibrant city of Tempe.
Partnering with Dutch Bros, Cresa, Corgan, and the City of Tempe, Wespac is proud to continue its legacy with Liberty Center at Rio Salado, having originally constructed the shell building in 2016. This state-of-the-art office space is set to be a standout destination, providing a unique and innovative environment for Dutch Bros employees.
The new headquarters will feature a variety of impressive amenities. These include:
A striking corridor with a feature wall that reflects the brand’s bold and energetic culture.
An expansive break room equipped with pickleball and corn hole, offering employees a fun and interactive space.
A full café and coffee testing kitchen, where “broistas” can experiment with new product offerings.
The eclectic and vibrant company culture of Dutch Bros will be showcased throughout the office, reinforced by collaborative open office spaces, breakout areas, and lounges, all with a dynamic vibe and bold aesthetic.
