Wespac Construction is excited to announce the upcoming construction of a new 76,652-square-foot academic facility, set to enhance the existing campus of St. Thomas the Apostle, located in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, AZ. The current facilities, originally built in the 1950s, have aged and are struggling to meet the needs of the expanding parish and the demands of a modern school.
This first floor build-out will include a variety of essential facilities such as classrooms, administrative offices, reception area, and restrooms.

PLAYGROUND SALVAGE
During the necessary demolition of the existing facilities at St Thomas of the Apostle Roman Catholic School, some of the playground equipment was salvaged. Thanks to the efforts of Wespac's Project Engineer and his family members, the equipment was safely transported to its new future home at an existing school in Mexico. The salvaged equipment will provide years of enjoyment for the children at the new school.
