Internship Summary
Project Engineer Intern will be in the field for a majority of the internship on a unique project working alongside the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Superintendent.

By shadowing your team daily, you will learn valuable problem-solving skills and the process of how a project is built. In addition to this, you will assist with RFIs, Submittals, Site Safety Walks, Attending weekly Safety and OAC meetings and working alongside the Field Superintendent.

This is a unique experience where you’re getting field experience and project management skills.
Essential Functions
Key responsibilities include:
RFIs (Requests for Information): Assisting in managing and responding to RFIs, ensuring project clarity and accuracy.
Submittals: Supporting the process of submitting and reviewing materials, shop drawings, and other documents for approval.
Site Safety Walks: Participating in safety walks to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Subcontractor Communication: Coordinating and communicating with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Procurement Assistance: Helping with the procurement of materials and services required for the project.
Meetings: Attending weekly Safety and OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings to stay updated on project progress.
Field Experience: Working closely with the Field Superintendent to understand day-to-day project operations and problem-solving.
