A Tradition Since 2004
Wespac Construction, founded in 1991, was built on a passion for giving back to the local community. In 2004, Wespac’s Founder launched the McDowell Mountain Music Festival. Now known as M3F, the festival has grown immensely over the years, yet its mission remains the same: to bring people together through music while supporting local charities focused on arts, community, education, and the environment.
Volunteer Driven
M3F is powered by the dedication of volunteers. Wespac employees work side-by-side with family, friends, and community members, contributing thousands of hours each year to make the event happen. For Wespac employees, M3F is more than just a volunteer opportunity; it’s a unique team-building experience driven by a shared love for music and community.
Every Dollar Counts
As Arizona's largest 100% nonprofit music festival, M3F is committed to giving back, with over $6 million raised for local charities. What began as a modest gathering of two thousand fans and one stage has grown to welcome tens of thousands of attendees. Yet, M3F remains true to its mission—ensuring that every ticket purchased supports the community.
Teamwork and Devotion
Running a major festival requires an elaborate setup, and Wespac knows how to bring everything needed to make it happen, just like at the job site. Each year, Wespac employees “bring in the circus” and take it down seamlessly. From setting up stages to clearing out every piece of equipment after the event, M3F is a true testament to teamwork, dedication, and community spirit.
