DC Ranch - Men's Locker Room

Hospitality TI:

This high-end tenant improvement included an interior remodel refresh of the existing finishes. As much of this space was original to the clubhouse, all finishes were updated to current DC Ranch standards. The bar space was nearly doubled by adding a 36’ steel beam and a caisson to support the existing structure. Existing doors and windows were replaced with full width bi-folding doors; allowing additional access to the outdoor dining patio.

Adaptive Reuse TI:

This Adaptive Reuse project consisted of two levels of open floorplan creative office improvements. The lower-level features two soundproof recording studio rooms, four on-demand conference rooms, and private office suites. The ground-floor level contains an open concept kitchen and lounge with flexible co-working areas. The exterior renovation of the building includes a new steel canopy and stucco façade. The installation of a new storefront slider system adds to the open-air design concept by bringing the outdoors in with retractable slider windows.
